Throwaway Cubs

Jammu and Kashmir, now grown tigers, are loving and beautiful, not withstanding their early misfortunes.

At 2 weeks of age these tiger cubs were considered throwaway cubs! They were not white, and they needed immediate veterinary care which would have cost their irresponsible breeder/owner more money than they were worth. Thanks to the attention of a very unselfish and compassionate sanctuary, these cubs were removed from their life-threatening existence and received the veterinary care they so badly needed. At seven weeks of age, and well on their way to recovery, these cubs were placed with PrideRock.

As a result, all of their present and future veterinary care and housing expense now rests on the shoulders of PrideRock! This includes them being neutered and a new enclosure built for these guys. PrideRock needs your support in this effort to provide these "throwaway cubs" with a good, long life.
