Merry Christmas has come an gone, Carol has been in bed with the flu or something as she bemoans: "The closest I can get to my tigers lately is looking at them out of my bedroom window. :-( I'm looking at my girl Shealee laying on her back on top of her house swishing her tail back and forth. Nice.. I'm sure she's wondering where the heck her mom is!! I think I must have the swine flu at this point.." But as for me, I'm glad that she is getting better by the day and should be as good as new with the beginning of the New Year, So everyone have a Happy and Prosperous New Year!!! | Starbucks Volunteer Day |

This past weekend was our Starbucks Volunteer Day which was a huge success in spite of the heat. Gary had some guys to help him tear down the existing perimeter fence in order to enlarge Sophie and Shealee’s pens. It took most of the day and Gary ended up finishing it up on Sunday.
